Starting the day with a lovely meal can only increase your level of joy. A beautiful looking dish that is equally delicious is a perfect combination. This experiment began with seafood, and my desire to bake using ramekins. Shrimp, oysters, green onions, red onions, spinach, eggs, cheese, bacon are all the ingredients used. Great ingredients for a delightful surprise. A total house win.
