There's nothing like coming across a recipe that jumps off the page, and ramekins could play a major baking role. I love all things ramekins. Not to mention that the main ingredient was already in the house; the spaghetti squash. Coincidence? The New York Times provided the inspiration, and it was love at first site. This was meant to be, and it happened. Totally delicious.
