Keep going. Keep moving. Keep trying, no matter what. There are those moments when we have to cry out for help, when we need to summon the spirit from within us to rise above our circumstances and fears. We are here to be better and to pass it on. Sometimes it's not always easy, but that's ok because most things are truly possible. Stand up.
